Brief Answer:
see a physician first

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

One reading of high bp doesn't labels one as hypertensive. At least three readings at different times are needed.

As as you are having pitting oedema, so its advisiable to get an ECG done and show to a physician before starting any medications as there could be signs of CCF.

Also frequent urination with back pain could be due to UTI. So also get a routine urine test done to help in diagnosis and subsequent management.

Hope i have been helpful.

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Verma
