Suggest Treatment For Plantar Fascia

Question: I have been to orthopedic doctors whom say I have plantar fascia, heal spurs. I believe this, but I have many more symptoms. I am a 35 yr old female who has from the age of 19 worked in hard labor until the age of 27. Hard labor meaning throwing concrete, sand bags, working in warehousing, I have done it all. I have 5 children, 4 by the age of 22 and 1 at the age of 33. I have been tired since I was a young child, always needing a nap. I can not stand to be outside in the sun light, heat is fine, but sun light bothers me to the point my mother used to yell at me because I did not want to go outside. In 2012 I started taking seraquil for my ptsd from battered women syndrome, I had a weight gain of 36lbs in less than two months and stopped taking it. I take cloriprimine 50mg, and stertrline, 150mg when I remember to take it. My body function is to the point that I sometimes have to crawl on my hands and feet. I feel like I am falling apart and all I want to do is play with my daughter. House work is terribly painful for my whole body. I do know the exact time when the pain started but no one seems to put any stock into the pain part. Early fall of 2013 I received a flew shot in one arm and a depo shot in the other arm on the same day. Three days later I had weakness in both arms to the point of not being able to pick up my daughter for weeks without pain. Something is wrong with my body, please help me. There are also lumps all over my scalp that apparently show up on cat scans but I was never told what they are. More pop out all the time.

Brief Answer:
local injection shot can give pain relief for longer duration.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us,

I have studied your case with diligence and gone through the uploaded report as well.

It is advisable to wear low heel shoe to maintain centre of gravity of whole body.
Shoe/footwear should be with soft sole. You can use silicon pad insoles.

Start plantar exercises consulting physiotherapist also Physiotherapy like TENS and ultrasound will help.
Take calcium supplement with vit D.

If no relief with this line of treatment then local injection shot can give pain relief for longer duration.
Last modality is minimally invasive surgery to release inflamed tissue.

For your other symptoms I will advise you to check your thyroid hormone levels.
Also check your B12 and vit D levels.
Many of my patients get relief from fatigue by yoga pranayama and XXXXXXX XXXXXXX so you can also due that.
Continue your previous medication as per your doctors advise.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
