Question : Can pleurisy just run it's course without treatment? ....or is medical intervention required? Thanks!

Dear xxxxxxxxxxxx, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but unfortunately untreated pleurisy can lead to serious complications. these complications include 1)'pleural effusion 2) pleural fibrosis 3) pulmonary embolism 4) pneumonia 5) lung collapse
