Consider vitamin D deficiency, hypothyroidism and diabetes.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query
I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I think you should get your vitamin D test as vitamin D deficiency can cause unexplained pain in the musculoskeletal system. If found low you can take supplements of vitamin D3.
Another cause to exclude is gout by getting uric acid levels done. You can also determine your thyroid status by thyroid function test as hypothyroidism ( low thyroid) can lead to such pains. You should also determine your blood sugar fasting and PP to exclude diabetes. Rheumatologist or general physician ( internal medicine) doctor will probably best to visit.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
