Suggest Treatment For Polyp, Hiatus Hernia, Mild Gastroenteritis And Brain Fog

Question : I had a colonoscopy and esophogastroudensopy yesterday. They sent me home with pictures, the doctor told me he had found like I believe one polyp, ,hiatus hernia, mild gastroenteritis. I was sent home with the pictures. There are areas where white speckles show up. I had a TVS several years back. I know the YVS arracks the autoimmune system and have recently been upgraded from Autoimmune disease to System Lupus. I see WHITE SPECLES throughout the photos from the exam are these white patches I see in some of the photos mesh that has broken off > I do not want to wait until Monday to find out. , Oh yes it may be important I am a 64 y/o female, Not espanic or Black family . and only got sick like this about 3 years ago @

I don't have a printer and so I have no idea, but I saw one when I googled pictures of colons after scope. I am sorry I am still sleep and not feeling so great, and have to go to bed. I do have diverticulosis as I am told fro 2 CT's and I know the difference in them and these white places on these pic. I used to work with a number of docs what UCLA that were working PT while doing their Radiology program, they were happy to share some inf when tine allowed. Maybe I can get then loaded someway and upload to you but I have brain fog at present.

It is hard to interpret without the actual report. However white speckles on the scopy could mean

1. Fungal infection of the colon
2. Sometimes mucous itself can show white speckles, which is normal

Most single polyps are benign and I am sure they have sent for a biopsy

The nuscus I thought showed up yellow, could the white be mesh ?

Hello

Mucous will be white in colour and not yellow, only infected mucous will be yellow.I am note sure what you mean by 'mesh'
