Question : I am suffering from morning erection problem so I visited a sexologist and he advised to take tadalafil and dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets . Is that fine to take that tablets and how long it will take to get cure? And my BP level is 140/90 or 130/80 sometimes.

I can understand your concerns.

If the problem is only with erection, than there is no need to take dapoxetine. Only tadalafil should help.
There is no specified duration of treatment. The drug will be needed till you are symptomatically cured. Usually one month of treatment should be sufficient.
