Brief Answer:
You might have compressed the spinal cord or nerves

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for asking healthcare magic
I understand your concerns

With this presentation, it is possible to think that you might have hit your neck and back at some points that the nerves or spinal cord were probably touched (compressed).

You don't need to worry so much. Your symptoms seem to be transient. What you can do for now is to try and do some physical exercises on the affected parts. If you feel pain, you try non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs available over the counter.

However, if your symptoms persist or worsen, then you would need to see a doctor who will assess you and ask for tests like a CT scan or MRI to identify the type of injury you might have sustained.

Concerning your blood pressure, I would suggest that you relax your mind, rest and take it again later. The values do not seem to be consistent.

I hope I have answered your query. If your have any other worry or follow up query, don't hesitate to write to us. I will be delighted to give you answers.
I wish you good health.
