Question : hello, I'm suffering from allergy related or cold weather related post nasal drip, which is causing me to cough constantly. tried Flonase, which helped me dry up immediately when I used it in the past. now it is giving me absolutely no relief. any suggestions?

Brief Answer:
Choices follow.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
You can use tab clarinase if you don't have a high BP or heart disease. If you have either of the desloratadine can be used instead and it would help reduce the post nasal drip.
Mometasone ( Nasonex ) nasal spray long term or Otrivin nasal spray on a short term basis also would help.
Do get back to me if you have further queries.
