Brief Answer:
vesicular eczema,fucibet cream will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.I can understand your concern and will try my best to offer a solution.

As per my opinion you are having vesicular eczema. It is an allergic response of body to infections.Post surgical weeping area over big toe seems to be a source for bacterial infection.

Use cold compresses over affected area.Do not apply betadine as it can lead to more irritation and worsening of condition.

Never try to rupture the blisters.Just apply a steroid antiboitic combination like fucibet. It is available over counter.

It will be better to take a course of azithromycin instead of bactrim.Bactrim contains sulfa which can cause severe drug reactions.

In case there is no response you need to take oral steroids but it is better to take it under the guidance of doctor.

Hope this will help you.In case of any concerns I will be happy to help you.Take care.
