Premature ejaculation
Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for choosing Health Care Magic
You are 51 year old with good health and no significant medical illness. You have no significant past history except stress for last 4 years.
Viagra is Sildenafil which is used in erectile dysfunction. The drug help to improve erections. Usually it is being prescribed in doses of 50 mg on SOS basis. Patients are advised to take the drug about 1-2 hours before intercourse. Other drugs like Tadalafil are also used in erectile dysfunction and have excellent results. But these drugs are not helpful in premature ejaculation. Viagra and Tadalafil both are prescription medicines and they can't be purchased online. I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for written prescription.
For premature ejaculation medicines like SSRIs are very helpful. Paroxetine, Escitalopram are commonly used SSRIs help to delay ejaculation when used on regular basis. These drugs are good anti-anxiety and antidepressant drugs also so will help in stress also. Other drug like Dapoxetine is very helpful in premature ejaculation and have excellent results when used on SOS basis. These drugs are also prescription medicines so kindly consult a doctor for prescription.
Apart from that herbal medicines like Tantex Royal, Confido have good results in premature ejaculation. I usually prescribed 2 tabs twice a day to my patients. Tantex forte have effectiveness in erectile dysfunction. These are herbal medicines and need no prescription and are easily available with chemists.
Thanks, hope this helps you. If you have more doubts ask again.

No risk
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes they are safe to use and there is no risk in taking them. Main issue with herbal medicines is that they take time to act, about 4-6 weeks. You can take the medicines without risk. As these are herbal medicines so no need to prescription.
Thanks if still have more doubts, ask again.
Wish you a good health.
