Question : I suffer from premature ejaculation ..whenever I am with a new person I climax within seconds ..sometimes even without penetration...what should I do ? I am 35 and otherwise healthy

You possibly seem to have Premature ejaculation coupled with features of erectile dysfunction.

I admit and accept that you are healthy.

But your current symptoms need a further work up to understand your situation better.

For this I advice you to get a seminal analysis and scrotal ultrasound Doppler.

Further specific management if any is largely based on test results.
