You could use a toical lignocaine gel locally, 30minutes before intercourse. It reduces the sensitivity of glans and somewhat delays the ejaculation. If this does'nt help, (SSRIs)Serotonin uptake inhibitors like fluoxetine are effective in case of premature ejaculation. Get a prescription for these from a psychiatrist/sexual disease specialist
