Brief Answer:
try Xylocaine gel
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for choosing wwwhealthcaremagic
For external application, you can apply xylocaine gel 2% for 1-2 minutes and wash it off completely. This will reduce the sensations and allow arousal to build up slowly hence ejaculation will be delayed. If you don't wash it off carefully, some part may be applied in vagina, thus sensations for both are reduced so overall pleasure gets dampened.

Brief Answer:
Contact your GP for prescription
Detailed Answer:
Hello
You should ask for Xylocaine jelly , for use in anal fissure. it is used to desensitise the anal area so there should be no problem. You can contact your GP for prescription.
