Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Question: My age is 51yrs. i am diabetic patient since10yrs.I have problem of premature ejaculation,kindly suggest medicines.

You are suffering from premature ejaculation(PME) as well as diabetes.

If I were your treating doctor I would like to start with clomipramine. It is going to help you without any side effect or affecting your sugar level. After good response for a month, it can be taken on required basis on the day of sex.

Other molecule is paroxetine as well depoxetine. Both are SSRI. Depoxetine specifically meant for PME, however availability of it the issue.

You can ask your treating doctor or consult a psychiatrist for brief evaluation and prescription of medicine for PME.
