Question : Im 55 years old. Decent health. Seem to be very sensitive in penis area. Ejaculate quick before really sustaining like old days.is it age related ? do i need Viagra, or should i go to a urologist. Afraid to discuss with my normal MD and wife 10 years older and not very interested in sex. Very confused.

The causes of premature ejaculation (PE) are unclear. however it has found that it can be due to age related changes. it is common after 50 years. PE may be caused by prostatitis or as a drug side effect.

Viagra can be used as needed before sexual activity. but there are side effects associated with its use. do not use more than 1 in a day .
Symptoms of a sildenafil overdose may include chest pain, nausea, irregular heartbeat, and feeling light-headed or fainting. In such case, you have to consult your doctor.
