Question : Hi,

I am 33 year old male, I am suffering from PE. Problem is I am not able to hold for even 2 stroke. I have tried some techniques like start-stop, holding the penis, exercise all with no help. Also tried medicines like Neo, Confido and Duralast. They too are of no help. I am getting very upset by this. Me and my partner are slowly loosing interest. Please help by suggesting a treatment for my PE. I am healthy with no medical problem.

Thanks for the query,

PE is generally due to deficiency of Serotonin and Dopamin in spinal ejaculatory center. So one has to take medicines for 3-4 months regularly.

You can try tab Tadalafil 10 mg and Duralast 60 mg a day in evening.

Please get your morning testosterone level done as well . You may begin to find difference after 2 -3 weeks .

These are prescription medicines so you need to visit a local doctor to get the prescription.
