Question : Hello i am feel sexual problem at time of sex i am ejaculet very fast and erection is not good in my penis and sperm is to down and i am not have any children please give me test and treatment suggestion

There are two issues you have raised- problem in sex life and problem in conception. For sex life, you can try a combination of Paroxetine CR 12.5 mg and Tadalafil 10 mg at night for a month. I hope you will start feeling better after 10 days. You need to take the medicines regularly but these are prescription medicines and need to be prescribed by a local physician. Regarding conception, please get a semen examination done from a good lab .
