Question: Dear Sir/Madam,
I am about to turn 25 years old, but my hair is getting white. I understand that whitening of head hair is normal due to environmental changes, pollution etc.

But, some of the hairs of my beard is getting white at this stage and this concerns me.

Please help me to get out of this.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
here's a few things you can do

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Unfortunately early graying of the hair is largely determined genetically but there are a few things you can do to slow it down.
B vitamins are very important so taking a B complex vitamin daily can help.
Eating a healthy diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables can help also. Avoid processed foods, sodas and junk foods.
Exercise regularly and don't smoke or drink excessive alcohol.
If you still have some graying then there are two ways to approach that:
One is to use a hair XXXXXXX regularly to cover it and two is to learn to love it and to start to think of it as a sign of wisdom and maturity. Early graying can make you look very distinguished
