Question : Hi i am 23 years old i could see some blood in my Siemens will it go off automatically or i should consider a doctor..? Could you pls help with some antibiotics..

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed blood in your semen very recently (Hemospermia)

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you masturbated vigorously ?
2) Did you have rough ,dry sex before this happened ?

If this is single and first episode take antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin twice daily . You can wait for a day or two and expect it to stop within a day or two

Ensure to drink more water and refrain from sexual encounters .

However if this is long standing and repeated problem you need to consult Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic
tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Semen examination and Culture

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hi, i took the tablets as prescribed and after a week i had sex where i happened to see the colour of the discharge was normal with very few drops of brown colour mixed. then again after a week gap i did sex again where i could see the colour was brown. kindly help what should be done now
