Question : my problem is formation of bone inside my nose, pictures attached, so i think surgery required, pls kindly update me the procedure, the problem am mentioning down

i feel pain when then skin peel or detach from bone, also if i do stretching then also its painful. During cold season its always congested may be because of the formation of this extra bone, these are the medical reasons, also it gives bad shape shown in the pic, tip of the nose its bending right side, bone is pushing there, which gives a ugly look too..

also suggest some dr or hospital in new XXXXXXX
