                                            Sinusitis. Radiological findings
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. FLuids with opacification and air fluid levels in maxillary sinus means inflammation of maxillary sinus call sinusitis. Usually these radiological findings correlate with clinical history of Fever, headache, postnasal discharge of thick sputum, nasal congestion and abnormal smell.
As you have taken 5 courses of antibiotics over 5 months with still symptoms present means it is a chronic sinusitis( inflammation lasting longer than 8 weeks). Antibiotics alone do not suffice. Saline nasal irrigation. nasal steroids , oral or injected corticosteroids, decongestants, aspirin desensitization and immunotherapy are some of the options. Last but not the least option is invasive surgery like endoscopic sinus surgery.
Talk to your otorhinolaryngologist and let them decide what is best for you.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
