Question: I seem to have fluid under the pad of my big toe. It has been bothering me for several months and only now have I realized if appears the flesh is loose and jelly like. It feels like I have a tissue or something under the toe in my shoe.

The flesh is slightly whitish in color, soft and mushy. The area is on the bottom of the toe near the center. Seems like fluid is deep under the skin. No blister, no lump.

Brief Answer:
Consult orthopaedician

Detailed Answer:
I have seen the photograph you have attached and according to me there is a cystic lesion in your big toe. I would recommend you to take a consultation from an orthopaedician.
