Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.
Headache like pressure at the back of the head precipitated with stress is very classical for Tension type headache(TTH).However, nausea indicates that migranous features may be overlapping for which stress acts as a trigger factor.
Meditation and other mental relaxation exercises like Yoga will be of help. You can be put up on 'amitriptyline' which will benefit considering features of TTH as well as Migraine.
Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.
Amitriptyline's most common side effect is Sleepiness, that too improves after a few days.
It can be started at 10 mg per day during bedtime.
However, ANY MEDICINE MUST BE TAKEN UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF A PHYSICIAN ONLY.
