Question: An insect just bit me under my right eye. I cannot see any sting like that of bee's bite, but it definitely pricks like that. I don't want my eye to get swelled up. I am applying ice wrapped in a cloth. But please advise something to prevent swelling and give instant relief.

Brief Answer:
Take an antiallergic once or twice daily

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query and I have understood your concern.

I would suggest that you take a tablet of Cetrizine Or Levocetrizine, once Or twice daily for the next 3-5 days.
You may apply ice topically.
However, since there are no visible skin lesions as yet, therefore there is no need to apply anything else topically.

Regards
