Question : I had acl reconstruction a month ago. Now I have feeling burning and pins and needles around knee

After an ACL reconstruction, the pins and needles and burning around the knee could be due to a mild swelling around the nerve causing mild nerve irritation or the swelling of the knee itself can cause it.

Keeping the foot raised on two pillows while resting will help to reduce the swelling and the sensation. The sensation should gradually improve on its own.

You can start taking methylcobalamin supplements after consulting with your orthopedician for an earlier relief.
