Brief Answer:
more information will be very helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hello My Dear

Welcome.
I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr Dermatologist.

I have assessed your situation and think that I will need more details to guide you in the best possible manner.

You are requested to supply all the details as follows:

1 Pics, from early stages to now or whatever is possible

2 What kind of eruption was encountered in the initial phases; raised , watery, grouped, areas involved, evolution, associated symptoms

3 Was it confined to one side of face and forehead and accompanied by features other than itching?

4 Was it painful?

5 which steroids were used, when, and for how long?

In the meantime I would like that you get relief. It would be good to wash the area frequently, avoid soaps, use sunscreen and Tab Cetrizine or another antiallergic for itch control.

I will be awaiting your reply.

Best wishes

Brief Answer:
Sun protection and avoidance of irritation causing chemicals best option

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear

Thanks for pics and answers.

I have analyzed the situation afresh and it seems that you developed photosensitive rash that was confined initially but later on spread on to whole forehead.

I get lots of patients with this presentation who already have used various preparations without much effects previously.

The strategy that works best in such individuals is as follows:

1 Keep the area protected from sunlight and environmental pollutants as far as possible.

2 Use sunscreen very regularly

3 Have more of Vit C and other antioxidants

4 Avoid cosmetics or chemicals that have potential to irritate skin

5 Ensure that you don't have any endocrinology like Thyroid disease or other hormonal issues

6 Do not touch the area repeatedly

It would take several weeks, most likely, to feel improvement provided no other medicines for this condition are applied or used orally.

I am very positive about outcome in lesions.

My best wishes
