Question : Hello Doctor,
We are trying for a baby for the past one year,my periods are irregular.If I take tablets (MEPRATE) then only I will get periods.what is the reason I am not getting my periods without medicine.
my doctor gave me clomid and after that HCG injection to get pregnant.but still I am not able to conceive.
done follicular study.my follicles are not growing enough size its only 12mm.what should I do for this problem?

Looking at your history you might be having polycystic ovary.
Please scan and attach follicular growth scan report along with pictures. Also attach your husband's semen analysis reports.

hello Dr,
yes doctor they did abdomen scan and they told i have pcod.
They put me HMG injection 150 thrice. I was not provided with any scan report. They just noted down the measurement. My doctor told me that your follicle size is very small.it was 12mm but has to grow at least 18mm.
I have done FSH and LH test also. It shows
FSH----5.0
LH-----4.7
Kindly advice why the follicles are not growing.

you need to have some more doses of HMG as this may not be enough. PCOS women are known to ovulate late. Hence keep follow up by scan for another week.
