Question : I am having a difficult time speaking clearly as the day progresses; I need to strain to speak clearly and be heard . I find myself straining to make myself clear to my husband. I just spoke to my sister in rhode Island(I'm in Calif} and she noticed something about my voice that it was very clear to her

In my opinion, you might be having myasthenia gravis.
Difficulty in speaking as the day progress es is very much suggestive of this.
