Question : saturday i cough green phiflem and then my chest hurts and then turn i clear white and today i cough up yellow phiflem

Based on your description, its likely to be a lower respiratory tract infection. If there is productive cough with yellow/ green sputum, short history , with fever then antibiotics can be prescribed empirically. The chest needs to be auscultated and if required then an x ray chest can be advised if necessary.
