Question : I am a 19 year old college student and am having profuse sweating issue in my armpits along with an itchy rash in my armpits. I am also very fatigued

For sweating I would recommend you to apply a lotion containing aluminium chloride hexahydrate on the armpits at night and take a bath in the morning.
Fatigue in your age can occur due to anemia and thyroid disorders.
Kindly get your haemoglobin and thyroid function tests done.
Also I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the rash on the armpits so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
