Question : I have had a progressively worsening ED problem I sustaining an erection capable of vaginal penetration. Tried 100 mg Viagra with some benefit but still only rarely satisfactory results. I have read about other medicinal substances (either injected or orally taken, what might you recommend and who should I seek out to prescribe such treatments.

ED can be due to a number of causes including organic causes like diabetes which decreases blood flow and also nerve damage.
You should consult a urologist or an XXXXXXX who will examine and do tests to determine the best way to help you overcome this problem.
