Suggest Treatment For Prolapsed Disc

Question: Dear sir, there is a case of 27 year old female, with complaints of back pain since 2 weeks and radiation to right lower limb, pain on standing and walking. Patient had h/o Cerebral palsy with normal intelligence, and she undergone TA lengthening in XXXXXXX 2000 and in sept 2000 undergone Right Hamstring transfer and with physiotherapy she improved and started walking.
Now she is diagnosed with Disc prolapse with sciatica L4-5
My question is whether present ailment is related to these previous ailment.
