Brief Answer:
It's not a disease and doesn't need intervention.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking HCM!

Isolated prolapse of tricuspid valve is a rare condition, it's usually associated with mitral valve prolaps. So can you upload her cardiac echo so I would check by my self that she has no other valvular abnormalities.

Isolated tricuspidal prolapse is manifested with, weakness, fatigue, neurological symptoms and atrial arrhythmia. It's not a disease by itself and doesn't need intervention.

However it increase the risk for endocarditis especially in intravenous drugs abusers. This is why I recommend a proper teeth care from her dentist in order to decrease the risks of endocarditis.

Hope this was of help!
