Brief Answer:
Do not worry. There won't be any major adverse effects.

Detailed Answer:

Hello XXXX,

Bleach is a commonly used whitening agent in any household and is also used as a disinfectant. It has either sodium hypochlorite or calcium hypochlorite which may give out chlorine gas. In small quantities, it`s not very poisonous though it may irritate the airways. In small quantity , one may have some dry cough or slight breathing difficulty or it may cause irritation of eyes and nose.

In my opinion, you have not been exposed to very high quantitiy of fume and whatever little fumes generated, they have got dissipated since you put on the fan, opened the windows and also left the room.

Do not worry unnecessarily as there won't be any adverse effect on the lungs.
