Brief Answer:
Improve your immunity and decrease exposure to infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
You are more susceptible for infections.
This may be due to decreased immunity.
So it would be good for you to eat wholesome food, exercise at least 30 minutes a day to optimise your natural immunity. Along with that wear a surgical mask you can get in the pharmacy whenever you come into contact with customers having respiratory infection.
If you have good immunity and decrease the direct contact with infection you will not be sick so often.
Best wishes,
