Question : Sir I am suffering with bilateral grade 1 varicoceles problem with this i have left side pain and prostate gland infection or enlarged result is 1.25 with this I have below bottom of stomach above pennis I have pain. And when I am urining also I have some pain . And my sperm count is 16ml . My age is 26 still I am unmarried . Please help to solve my problem s . I am also suffering with premature ejaculation

Please send your semen report. B/L Grade 1 Varicocele may cause oligospermia. I think prostate infection is responsible for pain, discomfort and premature ejaculation as well. I suggest you to get ultrasound prostate and Scrotum, and Culture sensitivity of fluid collected after prostate massage. This is done by a surgeon after putting a finger in anus and massaging the prostate. Blood sugar fasting, urine examination are also needed. I can help you
further once these tests are done.

You PSA report has nothing to do with prostate infection. It is to be confirmed by a test called prostate massage and Culture and Sensitivity. All your reports tell me that you have minimal varicocele , low volume of semen with slightly low count. Before doing any thing, please get the semen examination done from a different lab after 2 days abstinence. While giving sample, be careful that all the spurts go in the bottle and there is no spill over. Initial spurt contains 75% of sperms. I don't think you need any thing major . I first would like to rule out sampling error by repeating the test.
