Psoriatic ARthritis
Detailed Answer:
Good evening
Thank you for writing on health care magic
I have gone through your history and you seem to be having multiple problems.
Firstly, If you have psoriatic arthritis I would like to know what medications are you taking currently? If psoriatic arthritis is not controlled, it can begin to damage the joints and it also affects the intestine causing inflammation which can cause bleeding in stools.
2. Avoid any painkillers for your arthritis since you are having lot of tummy ache. They can cause ulcers there
Do let me know the details of your treatment...and which all joint are you experiencing pain and swelling. I would guide you further from here

Methotrexate

Good evening
Apology for the late reply. Was occupied with festivities and somewhere lost track of the messages
I dont feel you are on the right treatment for psoriatic arthritis as naproxen wont stop the disease course, it will only control the pain. We need to attack the disease from inside. Yes they are right it doesnt cure but it would at least slow down the disease process and prevent further progression and damage to the joints.
You should consider discussing with your rheumatologist for starting on Methotrexate for the disease. You will definately benefit from it and it would help relieve your symptoms as well.
