Question : Hello I have psoriatic arthritis. I am trying a new medicine Stalera. The first 3 weeks were very good. Then I took the next dose. I am quite sure the second dose is a dud because my joints started to flare up.
I have JNJ patient assistance so I don’t need to go through the insurance to get the medicine. I am in a great deal of pain in my fingers, toes and spine. Is there any way you can fax into the JNJ patient assistance program a prescription

Brief Answer:
continue same
Detailed Answer:
Hi, i am doctor XXXXXXX rheumatologist, pleased to answer your query
In pspriatic arthritis, treatment is some time very difficult. Main treatments is methotrexate, sulfasalazine, leflunomide and biologics like stalera.
I advice you to continue the same for at least 3 months, to get full response and discuss with your rheumatologist about restart methotrexate
If needed, you can take pain killer meanwhile
Hope this will help
Take care
