Posted on Tue, 13 Dec 2016
Question: Hi there, i am male 33 years.. I constantly have psoriasis patches on my bottom cheeks and thrush comes and goes. I have had diarrhoea for the past two years, I feel pain under the right side of my ribs at random times, extreme severe tiredness & exhaustion especially after eating and in the mornings, no sex drive and very broken sleep every night.

Do any of my issues form some sort of pattern? I have been unwell for so long and I am constantly trying to pick myself up and smile even though I am in pain and discomfort.

I have seen many doctors nhs & private but still no answers : - (

Brief Answer:
low testosterone levels may be a possibility in your age

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query in HealthCare Magic,

I have read through your query and I can certainly understand your concern.
From the description that you have provided me with, your symptoms seems to be consistent with low testosterone levels which may be a possibility in your age. For this, I would suggest you to test for your testosterone levels as men after 30 years may experience a fall in the levels thereby making them extremely tired, with no sex drive and disturbed sleep.
While at it, you may also check your thyroid levels if you find yourself to gain excess weight recently.

I presume that you do not have any other co existing conditions apart from IBS and asthma for which you are on inhalers.

You are also required to start on a Vitamin B12 tablet one daily for a month which is sure to improve your stamina and tiredness. Also consume on a diet rich in iron like green leafy vegetables, dates, dry fruits, red meat.

Hope this helps
Please feel free to discuss further for any further queries, as I am pleased to assist you further
