Question : I think I might have pubic lice but haven't had sexual contact with anyone in months. Could I have gotten them another way?

Pubic lice are most commonly spread during sexual activity although other modes of infection are possible. However, what you infer as pubic mice could be some other similar parasites like scabies mites. I would insist you to visit a dermatologist and to get yourself evaluated. Treatment with suitable agents would help you get rid of them.
