Question : HI!! I am a nurse (35 yrs experience)--- My brother has ITP (he is 69) -- Has type 2 DM, otherwise healthy -- He has been diagnosed in the ER with a PE - - What med can be used to safely treat him? His platelets are 70,000 now and has no spleen -- Thank you, !!! Gladdi
