I can understand your concern.
Nutritional deficiencies are common in old age and especially when patient is having pulmonary hypertension.
So vitamin and calcium deficiency might be causing you such thigh and ankle pain.
So take multivitamin tablets containing folic acid, vitamin b 12, vitamin d3, pyridoxine, riboflavin.
Also take calcium supplements.
If you still feel pain then get done lower limb doppler study to rule out deep venous thrombosis (DVT).
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
