Brief Answer:
Dermatitis with incompetency of leg veins

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for the answers. Your symptoms are suggesting dermatitis and at the same time it seems to be that there is incompetency of your leg veins resulting in pooling of blood(the reason why your symptoms aggravate after standing). I would suggest you to visit hospital and get an appointment for a general surgeon and radiologist for Bilateral Leg Venous Doppler study. This study will show the competency of leg veins. Results of report will help a surgeon to plan the followup treatment plan. Meanwhile you can take cetirizine one at night for itch.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
