Question : I had a cysis burst about 1 1/2 weeks ago. Will the pus go away on its own. It still has pain also, and itbleeds on and off.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Can you please attach a picture of it?
Pus can only go away by it evacuation outside. That is why, cyst usually must be drained (with incision) and left open until the pus is gone.
If it stays open, most likely it will go away by its own. However if has closed and the pus is still there, some drainage might be necessary.
Hope this helps.
Regards.

Its should heal by its own.
Detailed Answer:
I do not see any possible pus in it. So it should heal by its own. Just give it few more days. If not, you should consult dermatologist.
