Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr. kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the Images.

I can see pus filled bumps at the back of neck/ nape of neck. This is folliculitis/ furunculosis. It is a bacterial skin infection, most commonly due to staphylococcus aureus. I would suggest a course of an Oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin 500mg+Clavulanic acid 125mg, 3x daily for a week Or Cephalexin 500 mg, 3x daily for a week. Topically you may use an antibacterial cream e.g either 2% mupirocin cream Or 2% fusidic acid cream, 2x daily.

The rash on upper back seems like it has been scratched, and that was likely due to this area being itchy. I would suggest you to use the same antibacterial cream i.e 2% mupirocin cream, 2x daily. In addition I would suggest a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily for symptomatic control of itching.

Regards
