Question : What are appendicitis symptoms besides pain in the LRQ? I thought I was having a colitis type of event from eating jalapenos, but I have radiating pain to back, nausea/vomiting, and one small BM, and this has been going on since about 2100 or 2200. I also was feeling like I had a UTI earlier in the day.

Regardless of SHARP lower right quadrant pain??

Nausea, vomiting, slight fever, accelerated heart rate are typical acute appendicitis symptoms.

Your symptoms are quite characteristic for kidney infection and bladder infection. I suggest you to do not wait with it. Blood work, urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound should be done. Antibiotic treatment is also necessary.
