Question : sudden rash on 32 year old male's leg. Raised and not very itchy, Spent the day outdoors working in south XXXXXXX yesterday.

Thanks for the query and photographs.
It's looking like contact dermatitis.
I treat such cases with topical steroid cream like fluticasone.
I have seen excellent response in my patients.
