Brief Answer:
never mendle with acne

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Hope this finds you in good health.
It sounds like an acne, which is quite common in this adolescence age group, especially if your daughter has oily skin.
An acne should never be pricked with nails or sharp objects as they tend to grow into nodulocystic stage and spread, which i believe has happened in your case.

Ask your daughter to take lots of water, atleast 4-5lts a day as it helps to wash out the accumulated toxins.

Avoid fried foods.

Wash her face with a proper face wash twice a day, should choose one which suits her skin.

Use benzoyl peroxide cream, dose as prescribed by physician.

Topical and Oral antibiotics can be thought of if it progresses further.

I think i answered your query, feel free to ask any further questions.
