Brief Answer:
Allow it to heal spontaneously unless there is evidence of activity

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to this site!

I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr Consultant Dermatologist.

I have gone through your description and also seen the attached picture.

This kind of lesion seems to be related to enlargement of a skin gland that is probably filled with thick whitish material.

Most such lesions turn out to be harmless but one should be watchful and observant and report to the physician in case there is a growth, oozing, pain or any adverse feature developing in the lesion.

At times, such lesions heal spontaneously though that can take any length of time.
Apply an antibiotic like cream containing Mupirocin or Fucidic acid so that the risk of secondary bacterial infection is reduced. At the moment, it is worthwhile to wait and observe

I hope that your problem will resolve soon and you will feel good

Our best wishes, always!
