I have reviewed the attached photograph but it is not very clear. All I can see is few linear swollen lines on your upper back. Is this the rash you are referring to?
I recommend you to send another clearer picture of the back so that the condition becomes clearer and I can guide you in a better way.

Rash is called dermographism

Detailed Answer:
This rash is called dermographism which has immunological basis.
It commomly occurs at sites of trauma, friction with clothes or scratching the skin. It is usually idiopathic but sometimes may follow drug reaction or scabies.
